Alexis Sarandon is a graduate of Tri-State College of Acupuncture, with a Masters degree in Acupuncture. Alexis specializes in chronic pain and athletic injuries, with a continued focus on Classical Chinese medicine, fertility and pregnancy support. While pregnant with her first child, Alexis experienced the care that acupuncture offers to balance the body as a whole.
Alexis grew up in the Hudson Valley, and this inspired a deep love of the outdoors and the cultivation of physical and emotional well-being. Prior to becoming an acupuncturist, she received her undergraduate degree in creative writing while also working extensively in farm-to-table restaurants. Her love of food, health and physical activities led her to years of working on farms and growing produce, providing nourishment and wellness through quality food and community.
