As a boy, Eli’s family moved to Woodstock from the Bronx, where he fell in love with nature and all that it has to offer. As an adult, Eli decided to fulfill a boyhood dream of working on the land, and spent six months living and working at Red Fire Farm in Granby, MA. While working with his hands, tending plants, and eating fresh and nutritious food, he felt happier and healthier than he had ever felt in his life and inspired to help others feel this way. After researching many different modalities, he decided to pursue a career in Naturopathic Medicine, helping people integrating the best that nature has to offer with the best of Western medicine.
One of the 6 principles of naturopathic medicine is docere, which is Latin for to teach. As a former elementary school teacher, educating clients is at the center of Eli’s practice as he he combines his teaching skills and medical training to guide clients through the journey of health.
