Jayne McCloskey is a transformative and experienced healer of both inner and outer aspects of the human body. Since childhood, Jayne has recognized that while the support and help of others is an essential part of the healing process, personal effort is what brings about inner spiritual, metaphysical change, as well as physical results and development. Jayne has dedicated her life to guiding those in need of healing by way of yogic practices, energy work and intuitive massage. Her inner spirit has guided her throughout America, learning and studying different healing modalities to offer to those in need. She spent many years at Kripalu Center in MA teaching yoga and worked exclusively with the yoga teacher trainings to support those on their journeys to becoming instructors. Her love for what she experienced there goes beyond the general enjoyment of the work; she was rewarded and uplifted by watching others “get it” and watching them feel the practice in their bodies in ways they hadn’t yet experienced. She deeply enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience with those interested in learning.
Jayne draws on her training in myriad forms to offer massages that are uniquely and individually tailored to the recipient, seeking every possible angle to achieve deep relaxation, mood stability and personal transformation. The result is an ultimate state of happiness and calm. Jayne’s giving nature, warm demeanor and intuitive touch leave you with a thoroughly soothed body, mind and soul. Her attention to detail and total presence and awareness astound as she instantly recognizes the points in need of consideration and sets forth to correct what ails you. Having spent much of her career focused on the deeper side of bodyworks, i.e. deep tissue, structural integration, her recent years have brought her focus to the lighter side of the healing world. To her amazement, she has found the lighter work to be more beneficial and effective; Using techniques like lymphatic drainage and connective tissue therapy, Jayne works with the lymph system to effortlessly move toxins, swelling and pain out of the body. “No pain, no gain” doesn’t have to be the way!
