Kayleigh Stack, LAc

Acupuncturist

Kayleigh Stack grew up in the Catskill Mountain near the Zen Mountain Monastery in Mt Tremper, NY. She began studying Zen and various other Buddhist practices at a young age within her hometown and has been teaching yoga since 2008 after her 500hr certification from YogaWorks in Manhattan and an additional 200hr training at the Swami Vivekananda Ashram in India. Kayleigh has also trained extensively in Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga and in Yoga specialized for individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury with amazing mentors and teachers both nationally and internationally, including Leslie Kaminoff, Jillian Pransky, Maty Ezraty, Jenny Authur, Bernie Clark among others.

In 2020 she graduated with her M.S. in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in New York City. In May 2022 she will also be graduating from Columbia University with an M.A. in Oral History, believing deeply in the transformative power of storytelling.

Before acupuncture, Kayleigh was a full-time circus artist and dancer for many years throughout San Francisco. However, due to a series of central nervous system injuries she left the industry and returned to the healing profession. Her path into nutrition and food therapy, Ayurveda, meditation, mindfulness tools, yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine was both to heal herself, as well as to provide the timely tools of acupuncture, food practices, herbs, and energy work for the healing of her community.

More than any formal education, however, it has been through her own health challenges and sensitivities that have been my biggest teachers, bringing her to this career of wanting to be of service

Kayleigh believes that no one’s healing is alike and every one’s path is extraordinarily different. With this, She comes with a deep sense of empathy and care in all sessions. https://www.kayleighstackholisticwellness.com

KAYLEIGH STACK, LAc

Licensed Acupuncturist

``Kayleigh was my healer at WTHN in Manhattan and the work that she did as an acupuncturist felt intentional and caring. Kayleigh was gentle, caring and her energy felt so soothing and calming. I felt seen by Kayleigh and I think that this played a huge role in my healing process. She explained and answered all of my questions. Thank you!`` - Anonymous
“Kayleigh helped me tremendously during a difficult period of my life. I had chronic headaches, bladder pain and anxiety. I was on four different medications when I started. I am proud to say that I no longer take any prescription medications. I manage my anxiety naturally. I only get headaches occasionally and they are managed through acupuncture treatments. Kayleigh is warm, intelligent and laser focused in her work. I will forever be grateful for her help. Thanks again Kayleigh!”- Jenn
``Kayleigh is exactly what I hoped for. She’s clearly knowledgeable and passionate about her craft, asking as many questions as needed about what was ailing me to get to the heart of how she could help. And she did! I could notice an improvement after each calming session. Thanks Kayleigh!`` - Jon
``Kayleigh brings her warm, grounded energy to her astounding expertise with her acupuncture practice. I came to Kayleigh new to acupuncture and she guided me through every moment, leaving me feeling relaxed and fully understanding what to expect. The relief I got from ongoing jaw tension pain was incredible and I'm deeply thankful for her guidance. I'm excited to continue working with Kayleigh in the years to come.`` - Emma
``Kayleigh is a one-of-a-kind acupuncturist. Beyond her skills and knowledge as a practitioner, she’s also extremely dedicated to the comfort and well-being of her patients. I saw Kayleigh while pregnant with my first child, and throughout my entire pregnancy she went above and beyond to ensure I was feeling healthy, strong, and not terribly exhausted all the time. If I didn’t live in another state now, appointments with Kayleigh would be a weekly must-do for my health, self-care, and sanity.`` - Rebecca
