Swedish massage combines various hands-on techniques including gliding, kneading, and cross-fiber friction to break up muscle knots, called adhesions. Swedish massage can be slow and gentle, or vigorous and bracing, depending on what the client and therapist are looking to achieve.
An integrative massage modality that uses various techniques such as Swedish massage, Myofascial Release, trigger point therapy and sustained deep pressure to relieve severe tension in the muscles and fascia.
Combination Massage is a the combination of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage and enables health and healing, including a state of relaxation and well-being.

Stressed and pressed for time?? Our By Donation Chair Massage should do the trick. Done in 15 minute intervals with a focus on head, neck, shoulders, and back. A suggested donation of $20, but it really is BY DONATION (pay what you can!)

Cannabidiol, or CBD for short, is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid, a chemical compound found in the hemp plant. These compounds are key players in normal immune and central nervous system
functioning. CBD has many benefits, most notably, CBD is known for its pain relieving,
anti-inflammatory, anti-anxiety and neuroprotective properties. CBD is applied transdermally in the form of an infused balm.
