MASSAGE THERAPY STYLES

Signature Massage

Enjoy a specialized massage that showcases the unique and highly refined skills of each practitioner. Our team of massage therapists have a wide array of tools and techniques that elevate traditional bodywork. We invite you to explore the different modalities and experience something truly distinct.

Swedish Massage

Swedish massage combines various hands-on techniques including gliding, kneading, and cross-fiber friction to break up muscle knots, called adhesions. Swedish massage can be slow and gentle, or vigorous and bracing, depending on what the client and therapist are looking to achieve.

Deep Tissue Massage

An integrative massage modality that uses various techniques such as Swedish massage, Myofascial Release, trigger point therapy and sustained deep pressure to relieve severe tension in the muscles and fascia.

Combination Massage

Combination Massage is a the combination of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage and enables health and healing, including a state of relaxation and well-being.

30 Minute Massage

Our 30 Minute Massage combines various hands-on techniques including gliding, kneading, and cross-fiber friction to break up muscle knots, called adhesions. This 30 minute massage can be slow and gentle, or vigorous and bracing, depending on what the client and therapist are looking to achieve.

By Donation Chair Massage

Stressed and pressed for time?? Our By Donation Chair Massage should do the trick. Done in 15 minute intervals with a focus on head, neck, shoulders, and back. A suggested donation of $20, but it really is BY DONATION (pay what you can!)

Reflexology

Reflexology is a centuries-old healing art that reduces stress and improves well-being.
In each foot there are over 7,000 nerve endings – called reflexes – which correspond to every organ and system in the body. By applying a compression technique to specific energy points, it helps the body relieve tension and stress. The deep relaxation serves to balance and engage the body’s self-healing powers.
