Health coaching will help identify the roadblocks along your path to wellness and work to find ways around them. Health coaching also strives to:

Rediscovering one’s health is a process of breaking old habits that no longer serve you and discovering new ones that add vibrancy to your life. Research has shown again and again that a minimum of three months (12 weeks, 90 days) is the amount of time needed to exact real, (potentially) permanent change; therefore, a twelve week package is strongly advised. Of course, ala carte sessions are always available to check in and tune up!


The twelve week package sequentially builds upon itself as we take small steps to greater health. Week one includes an initial session lasting up to an hour and is held on premise at Woodstock Healing Arts followed by 11  weekly on premise and/or remote (telephone or skype) sessions.
