Return Policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for store credit or exchange up to 7 days from the date of purchase. Any product returned must be in the same condition received, and in the original packaging.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy. All services that have been “booked”, “reserved” or otherwise placed at Woodstock Healing Arts are expected to be fulfilled unless the client notifies the establishment in writing or by phone at least 24 hours prior to the appointed time. All late-cancellations (that occur with less than 24 hours notice) will be subject to a $75 late cancellation fee. Exceptions to this policy are at the discretion of the owner of Woodstock Healing Arts.
Late Arrival Policy. Clients who arrive late for a scheduled appointment at Woodstock Healing Arts are responsible for the full payment of the service that has been reserved. Therapists and other service providers will do their best to deliver the full service as it has been advertised, though this is not always possible given late arrivals. Therapists are not obligated to extend the duration of any treatment to fulfill the advertised duration of the treatment beyond what has been reserved.

Compassion, attentiveness, honor, and trust are the basis of our core beliefs and values. We aim to consistently surpass clients’ expectations and to deliver the highest standard of service in integrative health services.
Promotions and coupons. Any promotions are specific to the practitioner that offered them and any restrictions are the responsibility of there offering. Please make sure to clarify with them if you have any further questions.
