  • Your first Pilates session at Ripple Pilates might be life changing. So, get ready! We will begin by discussing your intake forms so I can understand your pilates goals, body condition and begin to create an individualized plan for our work together. From there we start moving through appropriate exercise to create a deep connection to your core or Powerhouse (abdominals/back/hips.) Most first sessions will utilize the Mat as well as Cadillac and Reformer apparatus. Other pieces will be used as needed. You will leave the session feeling energized, worked out and excited for the next one!

  • Ripple Pilates' pilates equipment is based on the classical designs of Joseph Pilates. The studio has Reformers, Tower, Cadillac, Ladder barrel, Wunda Chair, High Chair, Spine Corrector, Barrels, and various traditional small props.

  • Sessions, private and duet and small group classes are 55 minutes. Mat classes are 45-50 minutes.

  • To acquire the benefits of pilates; balanced strength, better posture and pain alleviation, it's best to keep up a consistent practice, with 1-2 sessions weekly.  Once you feel you have a better sense of the pilates method, adding a pilates mat class can help to boost your practice and results.
