Acupuncture Insurance Verification
Acupuncture treatments are covered by some insurance plans as Out-Of-Network services. We work with the four largest insurance companies:
- Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield,
- United Health Care,
- Aetna, and
- Cigna.
To verify your coverage, please email us here with the following information:
- Your full name as it appears on your insurance
- Your date of birth
- Your insurance company name
- Your insurance subscriber ID number
