Ben began his career in 2002 after graduation from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy. He was two years into his practice, when, out of the blue, his only brother Amos passed away.
Ben found himself grief-stricken and slogging through his work to help others. He discovered that he wanted desperately to make a bigger impact with his clients. He turned to Acupuncture and the unique form of Acupressure called Zero Balancing. He returned to New York City and transitioned his practice to these two methods of healing.
With these new tools, Ben felt empowered by the results he saw in his patients, and yet it still wasn’t enough. A year-long Functional Medicine training with Chris Kresser and Ben finally felt he had rounded out his education. Now, combining eastern and western thinking to address the root causes of disease, whether in the body or the mind… and most often both, Ben crafts each treatment with care to address the unique nature of every client.
