Experiencing ourselves through the here and now, alive, feeling, sensing body is where new possibilities begin, rather than simply understanding ourselves cognitively. Through a variety of somatic modalities available to us — including Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Hakomi (mindfulness-based somatic psychotherapy), Relational Somatic Healing, Somatic Movement Therapy, and Expressive Arts Therapy — (you may choose one or several) — we work collaboratively to open lines of communication between your mind and body. We allow your body to reveal the stories, patterns, and beliefs that it has been holding, and may use mindfulness, breath, touch, movement, and/or artmaking to integrate challenges into greater wholeness and peace. Together, we will address your current needs while building awareness and embodiment skills that help you navigate and celebrate life in the long run.

Name
Natan has a gift. I've had several craniosacral sessions with him and from the very beginning, I knew that this was going to be different from my previous experiences with this modality. His manner and gentle insight put me at ease right away. During the sessions I honestly can't tell you what happens because it seems like a magical mystery, but I'm transported and held in a place of the deepest relaxation and slowness that feels somehow out of time. Afterward, I feel so different: my nervous system feels regulated, and my physical body, emotions, even my thoughts are slower and more at peace. It's hard to express Natan's healing gift in words - it's something that can only be experienced. --K.M.
During the sessions with Natan, I felt many things, including: safe, relaxed, supported, aware, private but not alone. I have had some sad and traumatic events in my life, which are connected to my body. Working with Natan has helped me feel a sense of fullness, possibility and mystery-- like there is so much more to explore. Natan is present, gentle, respectful, and humble-- and he is a listener, in the deep sense of listening. In my sessions, it felt like Natan was using a language I didn't think I knew, but my body knew it. -- N.R.
Natan’s skillful touch opened me up to a much deeper relationship with my somatic self… he was able to tune in to the subtle physical and energetic rhythms of my body and guide me so
that I was able to tune in too. It was absolutely amazing to recognize those rhythms that are always there for the first time in my life! I learned so much from him and about myself in just
two sessions. He tamed my habitual anxiety by bringing my sympathetic and parasympathetic systems into balance, and seeing/experiencing the difference through the course of just one
session taught me so much. I can’t recommend him highly enough! --M.M.
