Ruth Berenzy weaves 30 years of experience in the healing arts into the time she shares with each individual. Early on, inspired by her father’s gifted example, Ruth realized the profound effect of massage on people’s well-being.

Licensed Massage TherapistShe graduated in 1992 from Educating Hands in Miami, Florida and currently holds both a Florida and New York State license. In 2012, she completed the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Woodstock Yoga. She is also certified in Sound Healing since 2018, which she incorporates into her massage practice.
In 1998, she held workshops in massage pain relief techniques in Belarus to address the ongoing need since the Chernobyl disaster. That same year, she held the workshop in Macedonia during the Kosovo refugee crisis. She also completed the Hospice Volunteer Training Program in Kingston, New York. She spent a year studying healing at the IM school in New York City.
Drawing from Deep Tissue, Swedish, Cranial Sacral, Polarity, Esalen and Hot Stone, Ruth intuitively applies a combination of techniques to best serve the needs of each person.
